I love to "noodle around" quite literally with food. I love cooking and I am in awe over the power that food has to connect people. I have documented some of these snapshots over the years.

Beef Noodle Soup

In a lovely home in Livermore, CA, some of the most phenomenal Taiwanese-style beef noodle soup on Earth is made. The credit all goes to Papa Chang. Since my freshman year of college, I have sought to share the joys of good food and cooking to those around me. This noodle dish in many ways is a perfect representation of that. Through this recipe, I hoped to share a heartwarming dish that delights while putting you right at home.
