Growth, Product, and Marketing work at Dex, a YCombinator S19 startup focused on creating a market-leading Personal CRM tool to help people build stronger relationships.
Product Management
Designed several new product features using Figma to be handed off to design/engineering teams at Dex. Worked directly with Dex Founder/CEO to roadmap key product features for Q3 2020 on both web and mobile.
Spearheaded efforts to codify Dex product features and documentation on Gitbook. Helped establish a clear method for documenting features and helped users establish workflows for a new way of keeping track of important relationships.
Helped design and write the copy for the new Dex landing page refreshed in Q3 2020. First started by creating mockups in Figma and worked through several rounds of iteration with Dex's Founder. This next Landing Page redesign helped clearly convey crucial product features and increase conversion of new users interested in a relationship management software.
